I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience there. Should you choose to wait for your vehicle while your purchase is installed, plan 2 hours, you want the work done correctly and it does take time for the Tech to route and conceal wires and hookup then test your camera(s) Once more these are great people to work with.   I chose on‑site installation because it was more cost‑effective than the mobile option. The waiting area was extremely comfortable, with cold and room‑temperature water, sweets, multiple phone‑charging cables, high‑speed WiFi, and a very clean restroom. My wife and I spent about two hours there before stepping out for lunch while the installation continued. I had a 3‑channel system installed, so the total time was just over three hours.
  After the installation, John walked me through everything in detail, helped set up the app, and customized the settings to my preferences. The installation itself was exceptionally clean and professional. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by every staff member we interacted with—they were all friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
