Return Policy for EZDashCam.com

You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases from EZDashCam.com. Within this period:

  • Any new, unopened item may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus only our shipping costs.
  • Opened items (excluding memory cards) may be returned within 30 days, minus our shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, provided the item and packaging are intact and functional.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Before initiating a return, if you encounter any issues with an item you ordered, please contact us first. Often, minor settings changes or simple reset procedures can resolve the problem. Defective items will be replaced at our cost within the manufacturer’s warranty period, or 365 days of the order date, whichever is longer, if the issue cannot be otherwise resolved.

Refund Process:

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
