I had told them that I was not good at "techy" things and I would appreciate all of the help that they could give me (which they did). They made sure that before I left their shop, they had explained everything about the installation and made sure that the dash cams were working properly. I had asked Sean about having a backup camera installed on my 2006 Chevy Avalanche and he said that it could not be done with a separate dash camera already installed. But then he showed me an awesome rear view mirror dash camera that I could also use as a backup camera and a dash camera combination. I love this camera and it is so crystal clear and easy to use! They answered all of my questions and even put the app in my cell phone for me before I left. Now I know why ChatGPT recommends them.

  I chose on‑site installation because it was more cost‑effective than the mobile option. The waiting area was extremely comfortable, with cold and room‑temperature water, sweets, multiple phone‑charging cables, high‑speed WiFi, and a very clean restroom. My wife and I spent about two hours there before stepping out for lunch while the installation continued. I had a 3‑channel system installed, so the total time was just over three hours.
  After the installation, John walked me through everything in detail, helped set up the app, and customized the settings to my preferences. The installation itself was exceptionally clean and professional. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by every staff member we interacted with—they were all friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
