This place is amazing! I asked chat GPT for the top three dash cam installers in the Phoenix Metro area and easy dash cam came up as number two. After a conversation with the number one who wanted to charge me 15 00 and take 2 days to install … More the system... I decided to go with the number two installer easy dash cam. For only $850 and about 3 hours total they installed the perfect dash cam for me and my Uber business. The waiting area while you're waiting on an install has comfortable leather couches, chocolates and bottled water available, and of course television. They have an $800 espresso machine just in the back office. The owner offered to make me an espresso, go pick up any creamers or anything else I would like to add to my coffee if I wasn't happy with the selection he had. They also have a toilet available for customers to use... It has a bidet on it and a heated toilet seat! After the insulation two of his crew members set with me to go over how to operate the system for about 30 minutes. Then to top it all off as I was paying I was trying to send him a zell payment through my Chase bank account. Because it was the first time I had ever used zelle there was issues getting the payment approved. However the owner told me finally after about 20 minutes of us trying to get the payment approved to not worry about it to just go home and he was sure it would be approved by morning. I didn't realize the payment had not gone through my bank for a couple days and when I checked I rushed to make sure he got paid which was 3 days after the install. Never heard a word from them or a phone call before that pressuring me or anything. This place is amazing and I highly recommend them and if there was a way that I could let Chat

Everyone was awesome and super nice. Got offered pizza, coffee, snacks and more while I waited.

Each person I encountered was friendly and welcoming aand was able to explain in detail everything I needed to know. They even checked the internet for any sales cheaper than their listing and then matched (Amazon) when they found a cheaper price. The installation was fast and professional and the demonstration of features was excellent. BRAVO across the board
