30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
New and Unopened Items
New and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the original shipping cost paid by us or the shipping cost paid by the customer.
Opened Items
Opened items, excluding memory cards, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less the original shipping cost paid by us or the shipping cost paid by the customer, plus a restocking fee of 10% to 30%. The restocking fee depends on the product type and the condition of the packaging and contents. Certain items, such as LTE modules, may be subject to a higher restocking fee because they may not be suitable for resale once opened or used.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
If we shipped the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, or the product is confirmed to be defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Before Sending a Return
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before sending the item back. Many concerns can be resolved through troubleshooting, installation guidance, or a simple settings adjustment. If a product is confirmed to be defective and the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage
Defective items are eligible for replacement during the manufacturer’s warranty period or within 365 days from the order date, whichever period is longer.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Most refunds are completed within 7 to 15 days from the date the return is shipped. This timeframe typically includes:
3 to 7 business days for the item to arrive back at us
1 to 2 business days for inspection and refund processing
2 to 5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
