Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • New and Unopened Items:
    Eligible for a full refund, minus our original shipping costs.

  • Opened Items (Excluding Memory Cards):
    Can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee, provided the item and its original packaging are in good condition.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
    If we made a mistake with your order or you received a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and ensure a prompt replacement or refund.

Before You Return
If you experience any issues, please contact us first. Many common problems can be resolved with a quick troubleshooting step or a setting adjustment. If the product is confirmed to be defective and cannot be fixed remotely, we’ll replace it at our cost.

Warranty Coverage
Defective items are eligible for replacement within the manufacturer’s warranty period or 365 days from the order date, whichever is longer.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Most refunds are completed within 7 to 15 days from the time you ship the return. This includes:

  • 3 to 7 business days for us to receive the return

  • 1 to 2 business days to process the refund

  • 2 to 5 business days for your bank to post it to your account
