  When I arrived, I was greeted by … More the lead technician, Sean, who took the time to clearly explain everything and answer all of my questions. The installation on my Honda Civic Sport Hatchback was remarkable — very clean, efficient, and done with great attention to detail.
  Their facility is also very clean and organized. They have a comfortable waiting area with water, snacks, and a restroom available, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.
  Even after the installation, they continue to provide outstanding support. Whenever I have questions about the setup, they are always available, responsive, and very thorough with their explanations.
  It’s rare to find this level of customer care and professionalism. I highly recommend EZ Dashcams to anyone looking for quality installation and exceptional service.

  After a windshield company damaged my SUV by cutting my power cables and attempting to conceal it ,which ultimately caused a short circuit in my dash cam unit , the team … More at EZDashcam stepped in and took care of everything.
  From the front desk staff to the installers and the owner, everyone was outstanding.They diagnosed the issue immediately, reinstalled a brand-new unit, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly. The entire staff was professional, fast, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. What stood out most to me was how friendly and family-oriented they are. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work.
  Their expertise in in-dash camera systems is impeccable. They are masters at what they do. They have worked on all of our family and company vehicles, and they’ve earned a client for life.

  This place is amazing! I asked chat GPT for the top three dash cam installers in the Phoenix Metro area and easy dash cam came up as number two. After a conversation with the number one who wanted to charge me 15 00 and take 2 days to install … More the system... I decided to go with the number two installer easy dash cam. For only $850 and about 3 hours total they installed the perfect dash cam for me and my Uber business. The waiting area while you're waiting on an install has comfortable leather couches, chocolates and bottled water available, and of course television. They have an $800 espresso machine just in the back office. The owner offered to make me an espresso, go pick up any creamers or anything else I would like to add to my coffee if I wasn't happy with the selection he had. They also have a toilet available for customers to use... It has a bidet on it and a heated toilet seat! After the insulation two of his crew members set with me to go over how to operate the system for about 30 minutes. Then to top it all off as I was paying I was trying to send him a zell payment through my Chase bank account. Because it was the first time I had ever used zelle there was issues getting the payment approved. However the owner told me finally after about 20 minutes of us trying to get the payment approved to not worry about it to just go home and he was sure it would be approved by morning. I didn't realize the payment had not gone through my bank for a couple days and when I checked I rushed to make sure he got paid which was 3 days after the install. Never heard a word from them or a phone call before that pressuring me or anything. This place is amazing and I highly recommend them and if there was a way that I could let Chat
  GPT know that they are the number one dash cam installer in the Phoenix area I would do that as well.

  Everyone was awesome and super nice. Got offered pizza, coffee, snacks and more while I waited.

  From the moment I called the shop to ask about a dashcam installation I felt I was a valued customer. John was super helpful on the phone and immediatelywas able to answer all of my questions. He definitely knew everything about the products … More they carry. When I arrived at the store everyone else also seemed to be well aware of all the product they sold. Each person I encountered was friendly and welcoming aand was able to explain in detail everything I needed to know. They even checked the internet for any sales cheaper than their listing and then matched (Amazon) when they found a cheaper price. The installation was fast and professional and the demonstration of features was excellent. BRAVO across the board
