Bluetooth Battery Voltage Display: Real-Time Car Battery Monitoring

The HK6 Hardwire Kit features an always-on Bluetooth broadcast that continuously transmits your vehicle's battery voltage to compatible VIOFO dash cams. A329S/A329SW/A329T/A329TC/A329TW/A329WW models automatically detect this signal and display the real-time voltage on the video overlay. This allows drivers to monitor their battery health at a glance, providing crucial peace of mind that parking mode is not excessively draining the car battery. No manual pairing or user interaction is required for this feature.

Dual Battery Protection: Software & Hardware Failsafe

The VIOFO HK6 provides two layers of battery discharge prevention for enhanced vehicle battery safety. It includes a configurable Software Cut-off Voltage within the VIOFO app, which powers down the camera when battery voltage drops below a user-defined threshold. Additionally, a Physical Slide Switch on the HK6 offers a hardware-level failsafe, cutting power completely at a preset voltage. This dual protection ensures precise and reliable battery management, preventing over-discharge during extended parking surveillance.

Ultra-Low Power Consumption: Long-Term Parking Monitoring

The HK6 Hardwire Kit boasts ultra-low power consumption of ≤300uA when the dashcam is turned off, significantly extending parking monitoring duration without draining the vehicle battery. When paired with the A329S Series, the Low Power Impact Detection parking mode operates with minimal energy draw. In Standby/Sleep Mode, the A329S 3CH consumes only 0.24W (20mA at 12V). This efficiency allows for prolonged security surveillance, making it ideal for vehicles parked for extended periods.
