Vantrue RC11 4K Waterproof Rear Camera for S1 Pro Max with 6M Cable

Sony STARVIS 2 Sensor: Low-Noise Recording in Low-Light Environments

The Vantrue RC11 utilizes a Sony STARVIS 2 image sensor to deliver clear video capture during night drives. This specialized hardware minimizes digital noise and motion blur from trailing vehicle headlights. Drivers concerned with nighttime tailgating can count on this sensor to resolve license plate characters in low-light situations. It is engineered for commuters and rideshare operators who frequently drive after dark.

All-Weather Waterproof Housing: Built for Exterior Mounting

A rugged waterproof camera housing protects internal optical components from rain, dust, snow, and extreme road grime. This robust sealing allows the camera to operate reliably when exposed directly to harsh outdoor elements. Drivers living in regions with heavy rain or freezing winter temperatures do not need to worry about water intrusion or lens fogging. It is built for drivers who prefer mounting their auxiliary camera on the vehicle exterior.

Three Mounting Positions: Flexible Bracket System

Multiple mounting brackets are included in the package to support three distinct installation configurations. Owners can install the unit inside the rear windshield, above the exterior license plate, or on a high exterior top mount. This versatility avoids custom vehicle fabrication and adapts to different rear window angles. It is the ideal setup for standard sedans, high-clearance SUVs, and commercial vans.

6-Meter Connection Cable: Clean Routing for Passenger Vehicles

The camera package comes standard with a 6-meter (19.6 feet) connection cable to bridge the rear unit to the front dash cam. This length provides ample slack for routing wires beneath doorsills, headliners, or interior trim panels. Installers can achieve a clean cabin aesthetic without leaving exposed wires dangling in the passenger space. It is optimized for standard-wheelbase vehicles, crossovers, and pickup trucks.

Can the Vantrue RC11 camera be mounted outside the vehicle?

Yes, it can be mounted outside above the license plate or on an exterior top mount. The housing is completely waterproof and built to withstand rain, snow, and road dust.

What dash cam models does the Vantrue RC11 work with?

The Vantrue RC11 is compatible specifically with the Vantrue S1 Pro Max dash cam system. It is designed to plug directly into this main front-facing unit.

Is the mounting hardware included in the box?

Yes, the product includes multiple mounting brackets to allow for flexible installation options. These brackets support mounting inside the rear windshield glass or on the exterior license plate frame.

How long is the connection cable for the Vantrue RC11?

It comes with a 6-meter (19.6 feet) connection cable. This provides sufficient length to route the wiring through the interior panels of standard-sized cars, SUVs, and trucks.
