Thinkware U3000 PRO Dual Dash Cam with iVolt Xtra External Battery and LTE Module

The Thinkware U3000 PRO is a 4K UHD dual dash cam system that records front 4K at 30fps and rear 2K at 30fps for comprehensive vehicle surveillance. It integrates premium Sony STARVIS 2 sensors with advanced radar technology to provide 24/7 security for daily commuters and fleet operators. This bundle includes the iVolt Xtra battery and LTE module, enabling extended parking monitoring and remote connectivity.

4K UHD Dual Recording: Sony STARVIS 2 Sensor Clarity

The U3000 PRO utilizes an 8.4 MP Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor in the front and a 5.14 MP IMX675 sensor in the rear to capture high-definition footage. This dual-camera setup ensures that license plates and critical details are readable even in high-speed or challenging light conditions. Does it perform well in low light? Yes, the advanced sensor architecture is specifically optimized for superior low-light sensitivity. It is an ideal solution for drivers requiring forensic-level video evidence.

Radar Buffered Parking Mode: 24/7 Vehicle Surveillance

The U3000 PRO features dual built-in RADAR sensors that monitor your vehicle perimeter while parked. When motion or impact is detected, the system saves a 20-second buffered clip, including 10 seconds before and after the event. This energy-efficient method provides up to 20 times longer surveillance coverage compared to standard motion detection. It is designed for owners who prioritize active parking security in high-traffic areas.

High Dynamic Range (HDR) Video: Balanced Exposure Technology

Front and rear cameras apply HDR processing to maintain balanced exposure in environments with intense glare, shadows, or rapid lighting transitions. By adjusting light and dark areas simultaneously, the camera prevents overexposure and ensures consistent image quality. Can it handle bright daylight? Yes, the system automatically corrects for high-contrast scenes to reveal details that would otherwise be lost. It is essential for drivers operating in areas with frequent tunnels or sunset driving.

Smart Parking Mode: Thermal Protection and Power Efficiency

The system automatically switches to a low-power, impact-only recording mode if the interior temperature exceeds safe limits during parking surveillance. In Energy Saving mode, the device monitors for impacts even when temperatures surpass 65°C. This smart logic prevents heat-related hardware damage while ensuring your vehicle remains protected. It is recommended for users living in hot climates or parking in direct, prolonged sunlight.

5GHz Wi-Fi and LTE Connectivity: Remote Access and Alerts

Integrated 5GHz Wi-Fi provides data transfer speeds up to 3x faster than 2.4GHz for rapid file downloads and settings adjustments via the app. When paired with the included LTE module, users can receive real-time alerts and monitor the vehicle remotely through the THINKWARE CONNECTED app. This connectivity suite is designed for fleet managers and owners who require instant notifications of vehicle status. Subscription is required for specific cloud-based features.

Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS): Road Safety Alerts

The device includes a comprehensive ADAS suite featuring Forward Collision Warning, Front Vehicle Departure Warning, and Traffic Signal Alerts. The system calculates distance and provides audible warnings when approaching objects faster than 25 mph. Built-in GPS also triggers alerts for speed cameras and red-light cameras to improve situational awareness. It is a proactive safety tool for daily commuters navigating complex urban traffic environments.
