Advanced Super Night Vision 3.0 for Low-Light Recording
The U1000 Pro features Super Night Vision 3.0, utilizing advanced ISP technology to deliver bright, clear footage even in extreme low-light conditions. This enhancement is critical for capturing crucial details in dark environments like alleys or unlit parking lots. The system provides true-to-life colors and minimizes noise, ensuring exceptional performance for all nighttime recording needs. Drivers can rely on this technology to capture vital evidence during the darkest hours.
Smart Auto-Exposure & High Dynamic Range (HDR) for Optimal Clarity
The U1000 Pro incorporates Smart Auto-Exposure (AE) and High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology to optimize video clarity in challenging lighting. Smart AE automatically adjusts exposure levels to prevent washout from bright sunlight or glare from headlights. Multi-exposure HDR further enhances image detail in high-contrast scenes, balancing light and dark areas for consistently clear footage. These features ensure that vital information, such as license plates, remains legible under varying light conditions.
Comprehensive Parking Surveillance Mode
The U1000 Pro features an automatic Parking Surveillance Mode that activates when the ignition is turned off, providing critical video evidence for incidents while your vehicle is parked. This mode helps protect against hit-and-runs, vandalism, and other parking lot events. It requires either the included hardwiring cable or an optional THINKWARE OBD II cable for continuous power. Several sub-modes, including Radar Parking, Energy Saving 2.0, Time Lapse, and Motion & Impact Detection, offer flexible protection options.
Smart Parking Mode 1.0 with Thermal Protection
The U1000 Pro includes Smart Parking Mode 1.0, a vital feature that prevents heat-related damage during extended parking surveillance. This mode automatically switches the dash cam to a low-power state if the internal vehicle temperature becomes excessively high. It safeguards the device's electronics and ensures long-term operational reliability, particularly in hot climates or during summer months. This intelligent thermal management system protects your investment and ensures continuous function.
THINKWARE CONNECTED Cloud Features for Remote Monitoring
Stay connected to your vehicle with the THINKWARE CONNECTED app, offering a suite of cloud-based features for remote monitoring. When the U1000 Pro is connected to an internet source (mobile hotspot or Wi-Fi), you can receive strong impact notifications (while driving or parked), send emergency messages, and utilize remote live view.
