Thinkware LTE Module for U3000 PRO / ARC900 Dash Cam

24/7 Cloud Connectivity: Remote Live View and Real-Time Alerts

The Thinkware LTE module connects the Thinkware LTE Module for U3000 PRO / ARC900 Dash Cam to cellular networks for continuous 24/7 vehicle monitoring from any distance. When a collision or disturbance is detected, the module transmits instant impact alerts and video clips directly to the user's smartphone. This constant connection ensures car owners are immediately notified of parking-lot incidents. It's an essential upgrade for urban parking and overnight security.

Dedicated LTE Connection: No In-Car Hotspot Required

This expansion module operates on a dedicated LTE connection to bypass the need for an in-car mobile hotspot. It delivers faster status updates, live location tracking, and rapid media transmissions than standard Wi-Fi setups. Users do not need to keep a separate portable Wi-Fi device powered in the cabin. It is ideal for drivers who want automated, independent cloud access.

Anti-Theft Protection: Real-Time Geofencing and Route History

Real-time location data is transmitted continuously through the THINKWARE CONNECTED app to show the exact coordinates of the vehicle. Owners can set virtual geofence boundaries and receive immediate alerts if the car enters or exits designated zones. The system also logs comprehensive route history to verify driving paths and speeds. Fleet operators and parents of teen drivers use this tracking to maintain operational control.

Plug-and-Play Design: Easy Dash or Glovebox Mounting

The LTE hardware connects directly to the U3000 PRO / ARC900 dash cam via a single plug-and-play cable for straightforward setup. Its compact footprint allows for neat installation inside the glovebox or directly on the dashboard. The module draws its power directly from the main camera system, eliminating the need for separate power wiring. This simple installation is designed for quick user deployment without professional installation services.

Does this LTE module work with any Thinkware dash cam?

No, this module is designed exclusively for the Thinkware U3000 PRO / ARC900 dash cam to ensure compatibility and full feature performance. It is not compatible with older or alternative Thinkware models.

Do I need a separate data plan for the LTE module to work?

Yes, active LTE cloud features require an active cellular subscription plan managed through the THINKWARE CONNECTED app. This data subscription allows the module to transmit live feeds and remote alerts over cellular networks.

Can I use the LTE module and an interior cabin camera at the same time?

No, the Thinkware U3000 PRO / ARC900 camera can support either the Connected LTE Module or an interior cabin camera, but they cannot be used simultaneously. Users must choose between cellular cloud connectivity or interior passenger recording.
