This was my first dash cam so I didn’t really know much, but before coming in I spoke to John on the phone and he was super helpful. He took the time to answer all my … More questions and really guided me toward the right dash cam for my needs. I was expecting to have to make an appointment, but after talking with John, they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which was awesome.
I waited in their lobby during the entire install and it was surprisingly comfortable - reclining couches, water, snacks, and even a phone charger (perfect since my phone was about to die).
After the install, Sean was also so helpful, walking me through every feature and making sure I felt confident using it.
